We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at https://deftly.tech.

We collect only the information we need to provide our services: the contact details you share when you reach out about a business inquiry, and the details you enter when you book a call. If you apply for a position with us, we keep your CV and related application materials for up to six months, after which they are deleted.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, for example which pages are visited. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which by default last up to two years.

Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookies are set unless you accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; declining removes these cookies. We don't use advertising cookies.

Our “Book a call” scheduler is provided by Calendly. When you open it, Calendly loads in a pop-up and may set its own cookies. The details you enter there are processed by Calendly under its privacy notice.
